This year’s Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal will bring together leading experts and stars from the world’s music industry. The MusicNotes conference will feature talks from artists, record labels and music management companies, as well as music tech leaders like SoundCloud and Spotify.
Taking place from 8th to 10th November, 2016, the event will hold sessions with topics including the impact of streaming on artists, reforming streaming and licencing regulations, and music tech innovations. Speakers at MusicNotes include artists such as Tinie Tempah, Ne-Yo, Ray J, and Arabian Prince, as well as industry experts including Marian Goodell, the Founder and CEO of Burning Man; Seth Farbman, the CMO of Spotify; and Eric Wahlforss, the Co-Founder and CTO of SoundCloud.

Last year’s speakers at Web Summit included Bono from U2, Brian Message, the Manager of Radiohead, and Steve Angello from Swedish House Mafia.
